The inner diameter of the bottle is 19.5 mm. Is this the correct bottle adapter?

I ordered the 22mm (the smaller ones) as they fit nicely in the bottles that were given for Tylenol which I mainly use. The larger bottles were for large amounts of liquid.

How big is the opening for the syringe?

I have a Walmart syringe that came with some liquor medicine and it fits fine in the hole and I have a store bought one that fits as well.

Why do I have to buy 50 when I just need one or two?

You should probably go look for just one or two (they are out there), since that is your need. This item is for people who need who need 50.

What the material it is made of?

It is made of plastic, but the size is not 22mm, It is only 20mm and I had to make a gasket to fit my medicine bottle which was 22 mm.

Fits childrens tylenol

Fits perfectly in childrens or infant tylenol. I have oral syringes from my local pharmacy from other medications my baby had to take. those fit in it perfect. Any pharmacy will have oral syringes and usually if you ask for one they will give you one free. Those fit in this perfect.I asked my pharmacy for one of these despisers as well but they were out. Now i don't have to worry about them running out.If you're cheap these are easy to pop back out to re-use them as well.They make measuring liquid medications so much less messy.Installing these i just set it on top of the childrens tylenol and use my palm to press down. It pops in nicely, and the cap fits on with no issues. No more sticky tylenol bottles.

Perfect what I needed

I needed to mix oral meds for my cat and wanted these for easy dosing from the bottle. These worked great, easy to install and remove (just use the syringe at an angel and lift), easy to get the meds out. The only downside, at least with the bottles I used, was that some of the meds couldn't be removed from the bottle as it flowed into the side grooves instead of to the hole so at the end of the meds I needed to dose from the bottle without this installed.
