Great for pregnancy
Bought during third trimester for pelvic exercises. Was great quality and so helpful during this time for any spontaneous back pain and during labour pains. Would highly recommend this one or similar. The colour of the pink ball was brighter in life than the item photo, which I didn’t mind.

Great as a birthing ball, at high temperatures it deflates quite quickly, but for the majority of the year, it's good.

Far to small for a pregnant woman. Ended up giving to my 7 year old to play one.
