This book is realy specialized in competencies of HR people. sometimes it talks too much about the interviewees but i recommend it for any one who want to know about HR competencies deeply.

One of the best books I've read for HR competencies.

I was hoping to find a step-by-step outline on how to develop meaningful competencies. Instead it is a report on the research on the competencies required to be an HR Director. Not what I was hoping for.

After HR Championship Prof. Ulrich provide us a new vision for HR professionals. It's a different paradigm and at help me to rethink at my team and the way we will provide solutions to Business.
