Locking Posture Collar, Medium

I loosely measured prior to purchasing and the measurements seemed to be exactly to what they specified. It may run about 1" slightly larger than those cheaply made ones, but I bought one on the upper edge of the size, used 1 notch in and it fit perfectly. At a glance the quality is good. One reviewer negatively mentioned it will be "very restrictive and uncomfortable with extended wear", I'm a bit confused as I thought that was the point?

Nice quality but runs small. I ordered a medium based on their size description but should have ordered a large. My neck is 18.5 inches and they say that the medium goes up to 19.5. Won't fit my wife's smaller neck either.Can't return or exchange it so I'm stuck with a unusable collar.

Several reviews said it was uncomfortible. That's true, but that's the point. I feared that it might cause pain where the edges rest on the colar bones but that's not the case at all. Beautifully constructed. Does exactly what it's supposed to do.

Fits good and looks nice. Size does mater.

Excellent product, looks just like the picture. Be advised if you have a short neck it will sit under your chin and on your collar bone.

my Mistress likes me in a posture collar at home. this product is high quality--firm, yet comfortable. the small size is perfect for me. it restricts my mobility and the ring is high quality, keeping me in place while tethered or on a leash. the collar, itself, can be locked in place with a simple luggage lock. no escape for me..

Item is much larger than described. Says a large fits 17 and up neck yet at 18 inch neck it flops around at smallest position. In addition none returnable or exchanfable so out 50 bucks.
