It’s beautiful but it’s not a ballpoint pen

Better than expected!

My fiance loves the hell out of the pen.However, as stated on my headline she shipped item seemed to be thrown all together in an uncaring and unprofessional matter that was not gifted ready, which made me thankful I opened the package and had it sent to myself FIRST as to properly insert the pen into the bands designed to hold the pen in place, also had to place it into the pens protecting plastics sleeve which appeared still new and as stated just carelessly thrown in with the box. The initial pen refills I ordered with it were also just thrown in and not in some sort of plastic bag to prevent the possibility of one exploding during shipment and covering everything. Plus the refills which I expected to be the same as the one that was initially in the pen all to be the same weren't and were lower quality than the initial ink cartridge! But fiancee loved it until he changed the ink cartridge in which case now he wants something different to use vs this pen which he initially LOVED!
