These Japanese covers are wonderful! I’ve used one for years and wanted some for gifts. I did not realize I could order them in the US. I use it mostly for covering food in the microwave

As long as you remember to pick it up by the ears when removing from the bowl your heating, it’s perfect!

This was a bigger disaster than the problem it was meant to address. It either simply fell into the pot and did nothing or made a bigger boil over mess than I've had with a normal pot top.

アルミホイルで代用したり百均のシリコン蓋使ったりしていましたが、本品はある程度硬さがあって洗うのも楽です。冷蔵庫にマグネットで貼り付けて保管しています。

二層式洗濯機の脱水槽の押さえ蓋が割れてしまったので、調理用と知りつつ、代用品として買いました。果たして、脱水槽で使ってみるとたちまちバタバタという激しい音とともに飛び出しそうになりました。何度か置き方を変えて試してみましたが、安定しません。これはこの落としぶたのふちがグンニャリと柔らかく、脱水槽の回転の際に変形してしまうからではないかと思われます。やはりこのシリコン製の落としぶたは、調理のときに使うもののようです。コレに懲りず、次は固い落としぶたを買うことにしますｗ

このサイズはお店には全然なくてやっと見つけました　２０cmﾎﾞｳﾙにふたに使っています。
