Cookie Chips
These cookies are absolutely delicious. Get some. My one complaint is their shipping process. These delightfully crisp, thin, delicate treats sent to me in one of those white plastic bags. No Box. No protection. No common sense. Many were broken from impacts during their journey to my front door .

These were delicious
I like the variety but I wish the company would let the customer pick the quantity and flavors in a variety pack.

Yummy
Yummy, but very crumbly! They’re also very thin, but I expected that from the pictures. A good buy. I really like all three flavors.

Solid replacement for Nabisco's Famous Chocolate Wafers
Like many others, I was bummed to discover that Nabisco had chosen to discontinue their Famous Chocolate Wafers this year. Making an icebox cake was a holiday tradition (really, it was an "any time I spot those wafers in the store" tradition) for me, and I was sad to see that they wouldn't be coming back on the seasonal aisle.I read a pile of reviews, and ended up trying out three alternative cookies for my icebox cake. Bottom line: These were the best option. Details on the alternatives below:1. Oreo Thins - I was pretty skeptical about the suggestion to use Oreo Thins, but they actually worked surprisingly well. I'm a big mint-chocolate fan, so being able to get Mint Oreo Thins was a bonus here. Flavor-wise, these came out pretty good, but overall it felt like a very different dessert. The Thins were so much smaller that it was less of a "cake" and more of an icebox cupcake, and even though they were thinner, the Oreo Thins were still thick enough that the cake was much higher cookie-to-cream ratio than normal. Good, but not really an icebox cake.2. Dewey's Brownie Crisps - This is the other chocolate crisp from Dewey's Bakery, and I wasn't sure which one would be the best option. Both had reviews saying they were solid icebox alternatives. I agree they both work well, but the Brownie Crisps are still a distinctly different flavor (they're a richer sort of dark chocolate flavor). This probably just comes down to taste preference, but I felt like the Hot Cocoa flavor was a bit closer to original wafers.3. Dewey's Hot Cocoa - My top pick overall. Like the Brownie Crisps though, these still fall short of the original wafers in a couple ways. For one, they're just a different consistency (they're not quite as soft as Nabisco's wafers were) and they're much smaller. They're larger than the Oreo Thins, but you're still going to have some pretty skinny looking icebox cakes from now on.If you're just looking to keep a tradition alive and have a tasty treat, any of the above will work as a replacement. If you absolutely need something that tastes as close possible to the original icebox cake though, I'd probably go with these or the Dewey's Brownie Crisps.

Every cookie in pieces.
I love almost every flavor of these cookies, unfortunately they are not always available near me. I ordered them , waited awhile, and when they arrived, every sleeve of cookies were broken in pieces. There is no returning them so I guess I will eat them with a spoon . I’m not happy.
