We love the lights and it creates such a cozy space. The lights are bright and its a pretty durable material.

We purchased this shade to go over our pond, to replace one we'd had for a few years that just wore out. We were excited about the lights, but they never worked. We decided to keep it anyways because it seemed like a good sunshade, but the first time a storm came through the straps completely sheered away from the tarp and now it's useless. We just missed our return window, but we would be requesting a return if we could. The lights in the tarp are a beautiful concept, but in practice this product does not provide what it says it will.

Loved the sail with lights but unfortunate lights stopped working after a few weeks. Sail is not waterproof but still works well for shade

This is perfect over our 3 year old son’s trampoline. The lights are so cute at night. Great product!

Buyer Beware. The ratings are phony. This sun shade is flimsy at best. Out of the box, the lights fell off the fabric. The thin fairy light wire is broken when the manufacturer folds the fabric and places it in a box. The solar power supply does not work. The fabric has little sun protection. When will Amazon step up its patrol on low quality and overpriced products.

It provided shade during the day and starry sky at night

We attached this to a pole barn that has no trees on one side of it. You might need extra caribiners depending on how you need to hook up the corners but it does provide good shade.
