Great and better more power, last longer, raised helps cool the laptop while it getting air under plus, it is better to read.

BAD PRODUCT !!!
I'm using it right now to write the review. Very disappointing item.I was not expected a wonder product but being so big I supposed it should be close to the original one. It take less than two hours to discharge without using any complicated software or having something attached to the laptop such as external hard drives or so. Not a good item.

Replacement battery
Works great. Now able to use laptop without staying by plughe'd in.

Not as good as original equipment
As compared to the original HP unit:1. doesn't have the extra charging socket.2. holds a charge, but not as long as the original battery. Also seems to die abruptly. Computer says 20% charge, 2 minutes later-click, it turns off. The HP battery goes down to 5% then gives a low power warning, so you have time to go to standby, at least.
