Great product! Shop no further!
These tourniquets were exactly what I was looking for to start IV’s. Rubber is firm but able to stretch to add tension. Wuick and easy off with the velcro. Rubber is firm enough that it doesn’t roll which is painful on arm skin. Would also be good for an emergency kit. Previously purchased a “Physician’s Supplies Velcro Rubber Tourniquet” which was terrible, stiff, not usable.

Not what was expected
This was not at all what we expected. In the past we have used a tourniquet with Velcro that was soft and pliable that could easily be operated by one person alone. This is very stiff and uncomfortable and won't work at all for what we needed.
