The product is very tasty and arrived in good shape . The problem is this: I live off grid, 45 miles from the nearest town, with no vehicle. I order from Amazon because I get delivery . It’s 5 miles from the post office. Now, Amazon uses usps, not ups!!!Luckily I got a ride to the post office this time- what happens to this perishable item if I can’t get a ride to the post office for two weeks???

Not bad for processed cheese.

This is not "cheese" it is more like a Velveeta type of product - very processed, wrong texture for cheese. OTOH I bought it knowing it wouldn't be great because I wanted something shelf stable to mail, so for what it is it's fine.

THIS IS ADVERTISED AS CHEESE, AND NOWHERE IN THE DESCRIPTION IS IT IDENTIFIED AS PASTEURIZED PROCEESS CHEESE (LIKE VELVEETA). ONLY ON THE PICTURE OF THE LABEL DOES IT IDENTIFY, BUT THAT PICTURE IS SO SMALL, YOU CANNOT SEE THE TRUE IDENTITY. I BOUGHT THIS TO COLD SMOKE IT IN MY SMOKER FOR GUESTS, BUT IT IS NOT HARD CHEESE LIKE THE DISCRIPTION, AND IT MELTED ALL OVER MY GRILL. BUYER BEWARE.
