Really easy to set up as a single exterior drive with the different cases available, but also used frequently in cabinets.Quiet and reasonably fast.2 terabytes used in this instance, but a great selection of sizes and cases , and sockets.Very inexpensive to set up.

I'm pleased with the NVMe SSD. I purchased it to go in the docking station I bought for my Mac Mini. It ups the storage from 256GB of the MAC. This is really just for video and music files which I have copied from CD & DVDs I have accumulated over the years and it does the job perfectly. Being as it is quite cheap I thought videos might lag a little but that isn't a problem.

I have bought 2 of these to upgrade old desktops. Just seeking something cheap that works fine, not seeking high end performance. The improvement you get depends on the performance of the machine you are adding it to. You will get less benefit from an old slow motherboard and chip set, and more from a newer faster machine. Boot just takes a few seconds instead of minutes, and antivirus scans and Windows updates are much faster. It is simpler to clone disks that are the same size - so I just matched the original HD capacity.

This was purchased as a backup drive for apple time machine to constantly use via a USB C enclosure. It was a reasonable price, high speed access to data and its lasting nicely, i would recommend this to anyone looking for general storage in a PC, laptop or an external enclosure, just check the speeds are in line with your requirements because there are huge differences between similar looking products, this one is pretty good without the need for the extremely high speeds that some lines of work require..

I used this in a new PC that I built, and being a first-time system builder I had quite a bit to learn.Installing this was easy - just plug into the connector on the MoBo and gently push down at the other end to secure it with the provided screw. You cannot connect it the wrong way because these devices are designed to make that nigh on impossible.But it's all about the performance, not the ease of install!It performs very well, the computer boots up in no time at all and is immediately usable with no waiting around beforehand. I dual boot Ubuntu (currently 22.04, Jammy Jellyfish) and Windows 11, and both systems work very well.

Added this to an old laptop along with and extra 8GB or RAM and the PC probably performs better than when it was new. Although there are cheaper SSDs out there, Lexar is a brand that is excellent value for money if you are on a budget. I've bought several of these when people ask me to update their PCs and so far there have been no complaints.

A great purchase works well at advertised speeds I'm using it as my master drive for Lightroom in an owc enclosure with no problems. I now have enough overhead with the 2Tb capacity to last me a year or more to store my raw files while editing them in Lightroom. Would buy again excellent purchase.
