I have used this unit once for a party when I first bought Aug 2015 and was really impressed with the sound. Battery held up wide open for almost 3 hours. Next time I used it for a tailgate party fully charged and the battery cut out after 1/2 hour and Bluetooth kept disconnecting I believe this had to do with the battery power. Unit does not hold a charge. Battery is the downfall of this unit. I have owned this for 19 months used it 2 times. If this unit had a good battery I would pay the extra to have it because it is a really good speaker for what it is but as it is going into the trash bin.

This is a great product! The sound fills even large rooms. This is the second one I purchased for my music classes. The only reason I gave it 4- Stars is because the blue-tooth did not work ( have other speakers that have Bluetooth that don’t have the same sound quality). I plug in both the mic and the music source (IPhone) through 1/4 inch and RCA chords. The first one lasted almost 2 years before the lithium battery started to lose charge. I try to keep it plugged in. For the price, I’d buy it again for the sound quality alone. I’ve investigated lots of these. You’d have to spend a lot more money to match the sound quality.

So far we are loving this party speaker! Sounds great & just loud enough but not too loud! I had to request a new microphone because the one that came with it didn't work. But Hardline Group was quick to respond & sent me a replacement right away! VERY good customer service!! I would definitely recommend!!

I've owned this speaker for three (3) months. After using it at a few events, it now has very spotty reception with frequent pops, cracks, and drop outs (no sound in the middle of a song). When it first arrived, it was very reliable and the disco light, while a little cheesy, was really fun for kids to watch.

If it were possible to give this zero stars I would. We purchased this speaker and the first unit was DOA. A replacement was sent and it too died a little over a year later and just outside the warranty window, The battery dies quicker every time you use it. The Bluetooth is spotty at best and the speaker consistently crackles. The mic is of poor quality and the cord comes loose with normal use.

I game this as a gift and they loved it. She has had it now for over year and it still works good

A total waste of my money upset. They were right thing does not charge anymore! I only had it for less than two month however the 30days are up and I have to stay with item that does not work!

Love it! I love it's portability and long lasting battery life. The sound it good too! Great price for what you get.Only suggestion would be to make a second microphone spot :)

Stay away? Nahhh. It's a good unit...I was just given a dud. Full refund granted. Bought a better one.It sounds great... It plays great...IF you can get it to work. LOLOther reviews make this a fantastic speaker. I'm sure it is. Mine must be a fluke.Played great twice, maybe 2 hours in total. Then as if it only worked on battery even though plugged in. Battery wouldnt charge then. My guess? The 120 plugin stopped working in the speaker. Returned it.Quality: for the price the speaker is loud. The mic is cheap but more then enough for karaoke home parties.Pull out handle is cheap and WILL break/bend with a few uses. Wheels are your standard suitcase style wheels.Disco ball is cool. Button to turn on. It does NOT move to the beat. It simply rotates the kaleidoscope style half ball around some led lights whether there's music playing or not.

So far, so good! We bought it for our son for Christmas and he absolutely loves it. We've only had it for a week, but there were no problems getting it set up or working, and the sound and lights are great!

A little over priced, Costco now has one with a light and karaoke screen for about the same price.

Speaker is great, however the light on the top is very fragile.
