Very helpful. I have been suffering since July 2025 and only when I started VSL3 in late September am I now feeling so much better. Recommended by a nutritionist/dietician. I will stay on this for at least 3 months maybe more. Pricey but so worth it.

Amazing product! Must keep cold but that where the havoc happens. Keeps the live culture going strong. I am a Zepbound user for about 6 months. I’m also a person with diverticulosis for over 5 years. Add to this, I recently had a knee replacement with tons of meds for pain. All of this has wreaked havoc on my digestive system. Post surgery I didn’t go potty for 6 days and finally gave myself a suppository, but even that wasn’t the most helpful. You name it, I’ve tried it. Then I remembered about 10-12 years ago, a naturopath prescribed VSL#3 for my then IBS, so out of total desperation, I ordered it. Without getting too graphic prior to VSL#3, I had bowel movements maybe once every 2-3 days and every time I ate, I was miserable. I felt exhausted and sluggish all the time. After taking 2 pills at bedtime I woke up the next morning and within an hour, I had a bowel movement Dr Oz would be proud of. I had energy, focus and all the cramps and bloating feeling completely disappeared. The most difficult thing for me is that it needs to be refrigerated and I forget to take it before bedtime because I don’t go in the kitchen. (Note: I prefer taking it at night so I can go in the morning before I start my day. I’m nervous to take it in the morning and have to rush to find a bathroom when I’m on the golf course on someplace that isn’t convenient). I’ve tried so many probiotics, and was even told to take MiraLAX or Hayley’s MO by doctors up to 2 times a day, Metamucil, BioGard, and so many others…. Nothing works like this! Yes it’s expensive. Yes it’s inconvenient to have to put it in the fridge. It works! It works during the night. It works every day. It’s worth every freaking penny! I feel great!

These probiotics have worked miracles for me. Before taking them, I was having diarrhea for months every single day. I started taking these, and the diarrhea seems to be gone for good. The other good news is that I only need to take one a day, so the bottle lasts two months. The delivery was fast, and the packing was superb. Product came in a large box with several ice packs so that the bottle was cold when I received it - ready for the refrigerator. This is an amazing product, and because of Amazon Prime delivery was quick and free.

Extremely effective in reducing my ongoing GI symptoms.Recommended by FNP at digestive disease dr. office. I had already made increases in fiber content to diet & tried FODMAP diet but this was the piece I needed to fix my issues. It is expensive but worth it to me.

An excellent probiotic for me as I have irritable bowel syndrome. It has helped with gas and constipation problems.

When my GI doctor suggested I consider this Probiotic, I had been taking a more popular probiotic and had never heard of VSL#3. I had to search around to see where to get it and was delighted to find that Amazon carried it. It comes in easy to swallow capsules and does not have an aftertaste. It is a more serious probiotic than the more popular ones, and seems to deliver a better effect. The only issue is that it needs to be refrigerated and cannot be kept in the bathroom with my other vitamins. I have to leave a note to myself to remember to go to the fridge to get them each day.
