ASURION 3 Year Home Improvement Protection Plan ($125 - $149.99)

I used this protection plan and they were very easy to work with ! I highly recommend this protection.

They were very patient with me with filing my claim. Everything was very quick and efficient

The day my water distiller stopped working I was able to file my claim, and quickly received an email with return label and instructions. I then was able to sent it out that same day and as soon as UPS pick up the unit I was sent a gift card to purchase a new one. Definitely recommend purchasing protection plans on items that you know you are going to be using regularly, once the manufacture warranty is over the protection is truly a handy thing to have, the small price of the plan is worth it. It's come in handy for me with multiple products though out the years. There has only been a couple of items that I've purchased plans on, that have not needed to be used but I'm still glad i purchased the protection on the chance I may have needed to utilize it.

I ordered deck lights in October for a beach deck project my team was working on, and one set worked perfectly fine; however, the other did not. I thought the insurance would cover any damaged products, and Asurion did not even open a claim for the item; instead, Asurion sent me to Amazon. Amazon told me the return window was closed and that the only way to receive a return was by paying $54.00 to return it via UPS. I am not sure why Asurion is even allowed to take money from Amazon customers if their warranty will not cover you. Thankfully, Amazon offered some solution to paying the $54.00. However, I still had to return the item and wait at least 30 days for them to register onto Amazon’s system that they received the return for them to process me a refund. I also had to pay the $54.00 and call them immediately after giving the item to UPS so they could refund me the money for returning it to UPS. Unfortunately, I cannot wait for Amazon since I am waiting for the light installation to turn in this project—honestly, it was a terrible experience. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON ASURION!!! Amazon did they best they could to help!

Asurion protection is absolutely the best insurance that you can depend on. The prices are very fair and the coverage is outstanding. I recently had to file a claim and the representative was very professional and efficient and made the whole process extremely quick and easy.I highly recommend this company. 5 stars!!

So I bought a Max shine dual action polisher. And I got a 3-year warranty to go with it. Some people don't believe in warranties I like the Peace of mind. Covers my product for 3 years even if I drop it, or it stops working, so for 3 years I don't have to worry about it. The one thing I would say is it would be nice if I got a hard copy of the warranty, or even if they emailed me a copy. But that's not how it works Amazon has your order and your order number you just call them if there's a problem. I guess that's okay but I like to have a copy for myself. That's my one criticism. Now of course I just got my Max shine dual action polisher. So I have not used the warranty yet. Hopefully I won't have to. So hopefully if something goes wrong they will live up to their word

They have been great to work with on claims we have needed to file. They work efficiently and don’t keep you on the phone long.
