It sure feels like it is working. There are different modes and levels including massage modes. I use it 15-20 min a day but probably you can use more. Obviously dont expect this to miraculously make you lose weight from your stomach and have 6 packs in no time. Diet and work out is a must and this will just expedite the whole process

Just like everyone in the reviews have stated already, this isn't going to give you abs. It helps stimulate the muscles but you still have to work for them. I recommend putting these on after a full an workout and you'll feel a difference.
