Greenwich Bay Trading Company Soap Sampler 15 pack of 1.9oz bars - Bundle 15 items

[Edit: Note some bars contain wheat] My 16-pack of decoratively wrapped soaps was sold by Amazon and arrived in a clear plastic bag inside a box of multiple items I'd ordered (based on other reviews, it sounds like different sellers package them differently). As multiple reviews note, these 1.9 oz (~1.9"x1.9"x0.75") soaps are smaller than the typical full-size soap bar (the company also appears to sell full-sized versions), however, they are still a little more than twice the size of a typical guest soap. I personally like this intermediate soap size for my hands, but I could see how someone with larger hands might find them too small. The individual paper wraps for each soap are lovely (nicer than apparent from the photo - definitely gift quality). I've opened 3 soaps so far: the Orchid Jojoba, the Violet and the Almond. These soaps are all light in color and fresh smelling, with somewhat different colors/tones, fragrances and feels-to-the-touch. The Almond (a beige 'exfoliating' bar) smells very much like it's namesake and has very small exfoliating flecks (the soap feels _mostly_ smooth to the touch, and any exfoliation is not really noticeable to me when using the soap in the shower). The Violet (creamy in both appearance and texture) has a fresh, very vaguely floral scent - not an obvious violet scent. I like more traditional violet scents (and the violet was one reason I ordered this), so I am a little disappointed in that, but the nice creamy feel makes up for it. The Orchid Jojoba (a light mint-green color with small flecks) has a slightly more slippery feel and a stronger somewhat different floral scent, but with a fresh soapy undertone that is similar to the violet. The soap quality for all three is very high, in my opinion - as nice as any soap you might get at World Market, but more reasonably priced per ounce. I also love that they are vegetable-based soaps (since I try to avoid soaps that contain animal products) and here made in the US. I have smelled most of the still-wrapped soaps through the wrappers, and the scents are definitely distinguishable once they air out (when the bag is initially opened, there is a strong perfumy scent from all of the soaps being sealed together in the bag, but it dissipates when they are separated and out in the air), but many do have a similar fresh/soap undertone. I personally like all of the scents so far, and have not experienced any sensitivity (which I mention since some reviewers said they did; I occasionally have with other products, but different people are sensitive to different things). I will almost certainly re-order this at some point. I plan to give some away as stocking-stuffers, and am considering ordering some full-sized bars as gifts. Overall, I consider this package a pretty good deal and a good way to sample this company's different soap products before ordering the full-sized soaps, now that so many of us are doing more shopping online. The company has gained a customer.

Each of these 15 soaps all have unique decorative wraps and unique scents. They were packaged in a plastic sealed bag and none were soiled or damaged.. They will make a great gift for a super-senior friend. I appreciated the reasonable price and each of the 15 scents were appealing. I wish I could purchase a 12-piece "pack" of several of these individual scents!

I was looking for mini soaps to include in the thank you bags for my daughter’s baby shower. I mean it’s a shower you need soap, right 😊. I was scrolling on line looking at different kinds and found these. When they arrived I couldn’t have been any happier. There was a variety of scents and the packaging was very cute. They were a good value for the money. The colors of packaging are as advertised and are very nice. They are natural ingredients. My daughter tried one and said it left her skin soft and it has lasted a long time even though it is a small bar of soap. They arrived quickly. I would recommend to others if looking for decorative soaps for bathroom for guests or favors. The little bag was sold separately.

I love these soaps! I think they're just the right size for hand soaps. They give you a nice, softly scented suds, and feel really nice in your hands besides giving a nice presentation in your bathroom. The variety is quite nice also. But the way this particular mix was wrapped was disappointing. Not only were they put in with clothing so that the clothes smelled for several days, but they were wrapped in a heavy plastic. Unfortunately, they banged around quite a bit during shipping because they were just put into a plastic bag, (and the rest of the clothing was put in a box - figure that one out, huh?) and a couple of them were not in "gift" condition when I got them. It's not like they were ruined but I wouldn't have given those two bars to anyone as a gift, either. The ones I'd purchased before were a smaller variety and came in a fitted box with a cellophane window and made a very nice presentation. But this variety included all of one of the varieties that I had tried before and knew I liked in addition to some new ones that I wanted to try. I haven't been disappointed so far. I've never seen such nice soaps, wrapped so beautifully before at such a reasonable price. Usually, hand soaps are smaller, not individually wrapped, and are more expensive than these EACH, so I'm quite contented with this purchase and was before and am sure I will be again when the time comes again for me to be ordering. I hope that this particular kind of soap will always be available. I know that there are a lot of nice soaps out there that I'd like to try, but I'm so happy with these that I didn't even bother with them this time. I just wanted more of these. They're just beautiful in every way.

These beautifully wrapped, unique little soaps make great gifts-the fragrances are lovely! I actually leave them wrapped and use in closets, too. Their aromas are so pleasing.

I've ordered these precious, small soaps several times now. They're perfect for my bathroom sink and the subtle fragrances are a joy. I love the paper they are wrapped in and can't bring myself to throw them away. I have quite a collection now, which I love. I hope the Greenwich Bay Trading Co. stays in business forever. I will always be their customer.

Wow, the scent is amazing! Before opening the plastic sealed bag, i could smell the fresh wonderful scent of each soap. These were purchased to include in gift bags for several women. Each soap has a wonderful specific scent that is so pleasing to the nose. They look very pretty and are of good quality. I'm sure that they are very moisturizing and soothing to the skin. I'm so jealous that I myself cannot use due to horrible allergies. These are such a great find and are so affordable that I will repurchase to include in future gift giveaways.
