A disappointment two times in a row
The first one was returned. It was a gift for my wife from my daughter. Beautiful rose - but the necklace was missing and my daughter was devastated.We returned it successfully and got the replacement - another beautiful flower and another missing necklace. More tears. Very disappointed.
