Only one month of use so would like to rate after 2 months

Been taking this supplement for about a week now I'm going to see how does but so far it's doing great I did see a noticeable difference in a few days after taking it

I take it with my vitamins in the morning.

MitoQ is water soluble and has excellent absorption with high bioavailability. CoQ10 is not water soluble and has low bioavailability. MitoQ doesn't need to be taken with food unlike CoQ10. MitoQ very quickly reaches peak concentrations in the body, unlike CoQ10.

I went against my better judgment and ordered this product that could not be returned. I regularly take supplements that are a tremendous benefit for my sustained health- but rarely try new ones without a money back guarantee- for if the product really DOES do everything it says then they are confident in few ever wanting to return it. I can honestly say that no new supplement I ever have tried that HAD a refund policy have I EVER returned- because they TRULY did all that was claimed! This product was one of THE most expensive I’ve ever purchased - but from day one, I developed disturbing heart palpitations. I discontinued use of some other heart beneficial supplements and took only this one for two more days- thinking maybe the palpitations were caused by something else. However, the palpitations did NOT stop until I discontinued use. What a HUGE waste of money. Most definitely should NOT buy- there are several other supplements that actually DO what this CLAIMS to do- and cost much less!! I wish I didn’t have to write a negative review- but I hope it helps to proceed cautiously before considering this EXPENSIVE experimental supplement - and it’s also motivated me to write good reviews for supplements that are wonderful!
