I've been on the look for lights for my bay window for several months and these usb-powered lights are near perfect.I opened the box, hung the first hook on the net curtain wire and started to unravel them, I noticed one of the hooks was missing but still put them up.They are 3 meters long and have a with a usb plug on one end. This also acts a button to switch through the modes. The usb button does seem a little delicate so I'm going to have to be careful with it as I'm not sure how durable it is.Don't forget the usb is not for charging and is for just powering the lights. I used a usb battery charger to power them today but I'll be powering using the mains during most of November and December.As the company that supplies these is based in China, Amazon were unable to offer a replacement hook and offered me a return, which I didn't want. They then offered me a part "credit note" to spend on a future purchase. Had it not been for the missing hook I'd have give this five stars.

Lights have hooks which made it really easy to get them up and looking great. They were very tangled at first and it took a bit of patience to get them untangled! One of the stars didn't work initially but I popped the wire back into it and now it works fine.

They stopped working

What cracking little lights these are! Eagerly awaited their arrival and they do not disappoint at all.I wanted them to light a tall glass sided lantern, and I previously had normal fairy lights in it, but they had so much cable on show (of course) and it detracted from the overall look. Equally the weight of the cable didn't give a floaty appearance, more of a 'falling from the top of the lantern' look, again, not quite what was wanted.Because these are just copper wire with lights in it, they not only held any shape I bent it to, but were just so much lighter, weight wise. They do come coiled, and I did want to maintain this appearance, so unrolled carefully to thread through the top of my lantern. The remote allows dimming, flashing, and fading on/off, and the cat and I have tried them all.Paws and thumbs up from here and I will be having a second set in the kitchen for Christmas. I absolutely love them!

Though these were crammed into a small box, they untangled easily, and seem robust. I've had them up in my bay window for around a month now and they make a lovely display. The remote control is handy as the manual control is tricky to access once the usb is plugged in. You will need a plug that takes a USB (which i already had). Overall very happy with this purchase.

Brilliant product, you cant ask for more good sturdy lights excellent illumination and a remote control with eight different functions and timer and the ability to brighten or soften the brightness.But best of all because it can be used with a portable power bank can be used anywhere and each bank charge for me lasted 5/6 nights depending on how long they're on for.Only 1 downside, the time doesn't work with the power bank cos it isn't able to switch that on each time. But it wasnt a problem for me.

Missing two stars, one light doesn't work and the remote doesn't work. Looks nice however definitely better quality out there but for the price, I can't complain

Covers 4 metres and so handy to hang them with inbuilt hooks.
