It cooks brilliantly in the Instapot - fluffy, fully cooked, delicate flavor, nothing burned or undercooked. I haven’t tried cooking it on the stove.

The purchased chickpeas are excellent in quality. I use them in salads, soups and as a side dish. They are very large peas.

These chickpeas didn't lose their skins or get mushy, which is very rare. Great flavor and texture.

This is perhaps the third or fourth time I've ordered these garbanzos in bulk. So, a total of perhaps 75 lbs. They are richer in flavor and cook more evenly than ones from other sources I've tried. Naturally, they are quite different from canned; but even from dried, they are more brown and nutty. I use them regularly in hummus but also in soups, stews, salads, and various chickpea applications. They work well with lamb, standing up to the rich fatty and gamey flavors; and are not bland when used in salad. They are now my go-to brand; I use other brands for white beans, etc., which Palouse does not market.

I have bought several bean varieties from Palouse and have been very pleased witht he quality and price.

First of all, God bless the small farmers that can still stay in business amidst big agriculture. I've been ordering Palouse brand chickpeas for several years, and they're always wonderful. Other than making lots of incredible hummus with quality virgin olive oil garlic, salt, lemon juice, etc, I also put cooked chickpeas in my air fryer to get them just crunchy enough, and then dip them in olive oil, garlic, and a nice spice blend. Amazing! Super healthy, plenty of protein, so please support your family farms!

Good product and it was delivered quickly. However, after it arrived I found it 20% cheaper at restaurant supply!

It is work the price and tastes absolutely fantastic.
