Not sticky, balloons keep falling.
Glue dots are not even sticky, balloons keep falling off and also I don’t know what tape this is for balloons garlands but it’s also very awful, after poking through the tied balloons through the holes, they keep falling off. I really don’t recommend this product and I will be looking elsewhere next time I purchase this tape and glue Dots!!!
