Very flavorful. Not too sweet and it has a real honey taste that I remember as a small child. Some honey's are just so sweet, they loose their "honey" flavor.

I purchased this gourmet honey at a gourmet food store in New York City. I wish this honey was easier to find! It has a great natural honey taste, that is more complex than mass market honey. I know it sounds a bit pretentious, but you can really taste the difference between mass market honey brands, and this honey. It is like comparing a mass market coffee brand that you buy at any supermarket, with a gourmet coffee bean brew that's annoyingly expensive at your local chi chi gourmet coffee shop, but you buy it anyway because it just tastes that good. It has a lovely scent of orange blossoms. I love using it on my toast in the morning, as well as an accompaniment on a cheese platter. Put a little glass bowl out with this along with the cheese and crackers and your next party, and people will think you got a raise!
