When ordering this, I was really worried they would be way too big for what we wanted. They ended up be absolutely perfect!My best friend and I bought these for our clown halloween costumes! We bought it so last minute so this was our only option haha. But I’m so glad we got these! They were so perfect for what we were going for!They come pretty flat but if you just pull on the frilly part it will fluff up nicely to however you would like!It wasn’t itchy at all that I can remember! Only thing I regret is not cutting off the tag before going out 🤦♀️

Itchy and Cheap
purchased this for last years Halloween costume and it worked okay. Super itchy tho:( so buyer beware.
