I've used the name brand space bags with no success and like these much better. I needed a roll up type of bag on my trip to Europe. It helped me take lots of clothes back and forth without requiring the use of a vacuum. My husband thought it was a joke laughing me while I laid on the floor rolling the air out and in doubt saying it would never work, he was shockingly surprised. They worked! Once I got home, I used them spring cleaning the closet with the vacuum and it was a disaster. I got it done easier and faster without the vacuum. A++

I bought these for a trip to Disney World that I will be taking in September. I tested the large bags with two fluffy sweatshirts and they really cut down on the volume, I'd say by half. They held their vacuum seal for the hour of so that I used it, so hopefully everything stays put when I use them for travel. Previous reviewers who said to lay flat on the bags instead of rolling them are totally correct. I simply put it on the floor and laid on the bag and it worked perfectly. Rolling the bag made all the clothing push to the far side. Overall, they seem pretty good for the price.

I took a trip to Italy for 12 days recently with my girlfriend, and we both couldn't have been happier with these bags. None of them even got a pinhole, and we weren't babying them! They were easy to use and gave peace of mind about keeping our clothes dry amongst some liquids in the suitcase. Good purchase, saved a bundle compared to competing products.

Like other comments here, the rollup bags are difficult to use and really do not meet my needs...you can get the same results withan everyday clear bag.. however, the bags that you can suck the air out of, and really reduce the garment size, (or whatever) works very well.......

I was looking for these bags to prepare for every emergency and our moving and really helps us a lot, very much for so little pay. Only very delicate material but I lasted a long time and even I have all. I really like this product.

The storage bags worked wonderful. The 2 sizes made it nice. Rolling them didn't work to well for me, I found that folding them in half and then using my body weight to squeeze out the air. Great quality for a great price.

The bag seems to work but there was a plastic clip on it that was not explained. Have not traveled yet with it as our trip is coming up.

Just as the previous experience, these bags are spacious and have a lot room to fill my stuff.I like it so i wannaRecommend it!!!!!
