Got it earlier than the mentioned date.Comes with an electric cord and the gelbag. Just move the white lid on the gelbag and you will find the point to insert the electric cord.We switched it on only for 5 minutes and it heated up pretty quickly.Heat lasted for around 1.5 hours. Used it for leg pain (calf muscle pain), back pain and also to provide warmth for my kittens sheet(kitten had fever)Used it once on the day we got the product and it is a great product.

Worst product!!!There is no gel inside, we charged it for more than 30 mins, but it didn't work!!!@Amazon: how come this product qualifies for prime when there is no refund possible. Plus the product is defective in most of the feedbacks. May I have this replaced or refund!

The product description is inaccurate. There is no gel inside the pads. The pads are completely empty. You have to fill up the pad with water through a tiny hole provided. This is dangerous as there is no locking mechanism and the hole is plugged only with a tiny stopper. This could leak easily. Returned these thanks to Amazon customer service.

Worst Product.Seller deliver only pouches but no liquid gel filled in it. None of the use without gel in it. Neither you will find the gel seperately available in the market.You can get the complete heating bag filled with gel available in market on same cost.No return / exchange option available on this productDon't buy.

Am so so disappointed with this product. This is not even charging in the initial stage and whybthe hell thr is no refund or replace for defective products. I ordered this product and kept it for charging for the first time and it is not charging. Utterly disappointed with this product and Amazon. It's like I have spent these many bucks for charity to Amazon. I ordered 2 of the same products but none of these are working. Not expected this from Amazon. People plz avoid this product.

the bag does not stay hot for more than 5 mins. whereas the one we used at my relatives place uaed to stay hor for an hour with just 5 mins of cbarge time.really ineffective.. dont buy this product. or maybe its defective.

Very bad experience with this product. I ordered two pieces at a time and one of them got leaked immediately after charging it for the very FIRST time. Very bad experience. I wouldn't suggest buying it. And in this pandemic, we aren't even able to return or exchange the product.

Sheer wastage of money. Total false information under product details. Claimed to be gel filled, whereas one has put water inside the bottle. Before selling the product, Amazon should ensure the right details and particulars on their platform. 👎
