Best I've ever found.
I generally wear 32 pants and I get a small. I always remove the leg straps and just wear it with the waist band. This a great packer strap. In the past I've modified jock strap and briefs and whatnot, but this one is the best I've ever found. It holds the packer very securely while allowing the shaft to hang free in a more natural way. The waistband is wide and doesn't get twisted up easily.

Great for packing or playing
This works wonderfully for holding a dildo into place like a strapon harness, it also fuctions well as a packer if you add a sock. This has certainly been hours of fun for my boyfriend and I and I would recommend it as a packer or fo use as a pack-n-play. However it is not an stp and doesn't work that well with one. Thus, I would rate this at 4 stars as it did what I hoped and it did that well, but it's not everything that's promised on the tin.

Not for me....maybe for you
As someone that is of a more filled out figure, this was a really bad decision. I'm 5'4' with some junk in the trunk and the elastic on this, made me appear to have another suitcase no matter how I tried to adjust it or wear it. My packer was jiggling around and it was just not a great idea. Confidence womp womp. The process of finding something that really works has been super difficult and I've wasted a lot of money. Save yourself friends of the bigger variety.

the mesh is a bit itchy and gets sweaty/smelly super easy for me
I am only putting too small because i got a medium and sometimes medium underwear fits me and sometimes it doesn't. this is a very tight medium. I should have gotten large. also, the mesh is a bit itchy and gets sweaty/smelly super easy for me.

Good but the search continues
I have the Rogue, Sleek and Buddy freetom STPs and this garment holds only the Buddy semi comfortably. The Rogue and Sleek are far too heavy and large around the cup to pack adequately. Overall the design is good. Comfortable straps, breathes well, the soft material won't tear my STP nor chafe me. I do not see how to pee with this since the hole is much too high to sit the device properly beneath the urethra. There is also an elastic strap inside of the food, I have no idea what use it has.

So far the only one not to shred my doc johnson flacid packer actually has its own docking bag. Worth the.money to keep the packer intact
