Not using it as a reptile light but rather just a clamp light
It is exactly what I expected. I use it hold a Philips Hue bulb for behind my TV which I clamp to my wall mount. This allows me to have a nice glow of any color I chose from behind my TV. It is great for shows like the Expanse, Sharknado 1, 2 & 3, and 12 Monkeys that has Syfy Sync which changes the Philips hue color to match the show. My inner geek is happy.

My turtle tank stand has a top that the tank slides into. Finding a light fixture small enough to fit. Fast delivery
I like it plus the small size will work great with my turtle tank.Because of how the 55 gallon tank slides into the stand. There's not much room between the tank and the stand top. I have a strip light for the UVB. I needed something for the basking light. All the standard ones are too tall. This one is just right

Would still like to return it
Had about a month I think......went to turn it on one day and the think was throwing sparks.....I had asked about return, but just never followed through. Would still like to return it, but it's been awhile. It's still hanging in a bag in the hallway.

Excellent! It has helped a lot to maintain the temperature of my pet's environment (dwarf African hedgehog) and she feels very comfortable. It is the support of the heat lamp that acts as a small sun to its habitat. Made of very good heat resistant material.

Generic but served their purpose and served it well. It's been about 2 years and I still have them. Same as the $20 ones you buy at the store!!

Ability to connect for proper clearance.
Do not like the light. It is awkward to connect and gets too hot if you don't have clearance for space.
