Really good product. Try this on for a few minutes and I was already sweating. The material and stitching is very good quality. The vest feels comfortable to wear.I am 44 chest and 42 waist I got 2xl size. Slightly tight. Should of got 3xl. But still good, still feel mobile in the vest.

Updated Review:Everything I posted in my original review still applies, in terms of delivery timeframe, quality make etc. Now after wearing it during training for the past week, I can confirm that it does what I hoped as that is accelerate my weight loss. It's comfortable to wear during weights, cycling and running during which I see an immediate increase in my body temperature (as opposed to training without it) and the amount of sweat lost even during a short session is significant. Washes easily and dries quickly, I've been able to wear-wash-wear within the same day without problem.Initial Review:Ordered my vest yesterday and it arrived today, very impressive. Fits me as expected (I'm 6'2 and 102kg), although hopefully in combination with training diet it will help me progress down so that it's too big for me in the future! Been wearing it today and very quickly I can tell that it has increased my core temperature as expected. I can't say just yet how effective it will be at helping me to lose weight but it's definitely comfortable and will make training warmer throughout the year.

I've always had trouble with my weight from teens to old age. I've been on a healthy eating plan since June and I'm now 83 kg from 92kg but obviously need to tone up. At my age (59) that's going to be difficult. Man boobs and love handles, although much reduced, are still there but this vest gives me a nice normal shape and keeps them both in check! I've got much more confidence in how I look now with this on under my shirt/tshirt, and as a result keeps me motivated to try and achieve that shape without it. Straps over your shoulders will show on certain tshirts, but unless you wear really tight tops the zip doesn't show through. It certainly makes you sweat underneath when working out so it should help to shed those pounds! I'm delighted with it and wouldn't hesitate to get another one to change into.

It's a tight fit so don't expect it to look flattering on the average male body, however it works really well and makes you sweat very easily. How much it helps with weight loss remains to be seen, but it does seem to be made well and should last for a decent amount of time. It seems strange to me ordering a vest according to waist size and according to the chart I needed a size Small. As I expected it didn't fit so swapped it for a Medium and that's ok, so bear that in mind when choosing the size. You could pay a lot more for one of these but this one seems to do the job at an affordable price.

Got this product for my partner... He loved it! It fits him perfectly and make him sweat alot. He uses it everyday in his cardio sessions and I an already see the results ;) recommend it to every man out there. Will buy again!!

I liked the item so much that I bought another.I use it when playing 5-a-side football, squash or general exercising and it certainly helps me to perspire more on the areas of the chest and abdomen where I want to reduce my weight.It does feel a bit tight to start with but you get used to it very quickly and feels quit comfortable. After use, I soak it in water and it dries quite quickly.Only down side is that it smells a bit rubbery but I'm hoping that will reduce with use.

I'm 6ft with 46" chest and 40" waist and I ordered XL. This came out pretty tight but i was totally happy with it as it keeps 'everything in'. The quality is very good and the zipper seems pretty strong. I use this to wear under my clothes when I'm out. Keeps me warm plus makes me feel slightly more confident.My only future issue is that eventually it may begin to smell even after washing it after every use as I've had a similar one before.

I picked up this product today now according to the size chart 3xl is up to a 49-50 inch chest so i put it on over a t-shirt to find even trying to pull it together as its stretchy fabric it dont fiy why well because its made in China what has that to do with it everything it should fit me but i would need a 4/5xl to make it fit as they dont have a proper sizr chart i checked before i ordered & I NEW A 3XL should of fitted me easily so again i shall try again before i go to bed when i take my t-shirt offotherwise i will keep til i reach the size it should fit me .............Laurie Thacker
