Garbage. First of all the case is slippery than a bar of wet soap. You can’t even hold on to the phone. But the big thing is the touch screen doesn’t work through the case. That is tons of fun. You actually can’t type consistently on the phone, something in the screen prevents your touch from being consistently picked up. Useless, returned the same day.

First things first. I am usually VERY careful with my phones. They cost too much to be all wild and crazy with them. I was walking on concrete after a parent even at my kids school. The phone fell out of my pocket when we were walking/speed walking/skipping to the car (#dontjudgeme) this case took all of it. As you can see the screen landed looks like twice. Once in opposite corners. I groaned audibly but got to to the car to check it. NOTHING on the screen. Saved by the case. I immediately went home and bought another. Should be here today to replace it.My complaints are the phone is very slippery. You have to make sure you have a good grip on it. Think for this next one I will get one of those pop things.Second I don’t want to see the back of my phone. After I bought it I started to hate the color so I wish the back was just black but that’s more of a personal preference. It does it’s job so I am happy

I bought this case November 3rd of this year. I thought it was a great case. Then today I went to set it down on my counter. I guess I didn’t have it as far up on the counter as I thought I did. It started to fall, and the of the case hit my ring, I caught it before it hit the floor. Thought every thing was fine. As I was getting ready for bed I went to put my phone on the charger and that’s when I noticed the back of the case is shattered. The point of impact is right where it hit my ring... not nearly as durable as I thought it would be and in less then a month. Shattered in about 15 days from normal activities...very disappointed

The phone case is not as durable as it has been designed. I dropped it on time and the screen protector cracked. The metal magnets do not stick well and come of easily making it difficult to use the touch screen. The metal magnets do not attached completely so there is always space between the iphone screen and case making it difficult to use touch screen. The metal design is cool but because of the max size, it cuts into your fingers when you place them in the bottom. The case is only designed to fit apple design chargers, using a third party charger might require you to take the case off. The case does have good aesthetics properties.

When the case was delivered, one of the sticker pieces for the volume cover buttons had been dislodged, and I had to reapply it to the inside of the case (hard to do when you have a hard time seeing little tiny pieces). But the most disappointing thing about this case was the fact that the camera has no security and doesn't sit flush with the case. It actually protrudes a mm or so beyond the case, therefore is susceptible to cracking if dropped. The case itself was sturdy, but the "privacy" glass didn't provide much privacy, as you could still see what was on the screen if viewed at the right angle or from directly above or looking over a shoulder. Overall, I would not purchase again.

I have received a defective one first, then I connected with the seller, they respond quickly, really nice and friendly customer service. They are seller really stand by their products. And they wanted to make sure that I was happy, asked for my opinion about their solutions. I can feel that they really wanted to make customer 100% satisfied. And replacement works perfectly. Great seller, great product. would recommend.

This was a beautiful case and I regret having to return it. I loved the way it was so thin and made charging my phone so much easier. However, it did not close flush as advertised and seemed too flimsy to me. I felt if I dropped my phone the case would pop open and it would break. I ended up with a cheap case from Five Below that is far sturdier. I miss the sleek tempered glass look and feel of this case. The glass was so responsive to touch screen, it was really incredible.

Just received the phone case on May 21st and so far the case feels pretty good to hold, the touchscreen works pretty good and the privacy it provides is amazing, collectively I don’t see an issue with the product. My only concern is with the way I received the product. My case came with scratches on the bottom left of the screen and upper middle. Other than the cosmetic issues I think the case is good. But I will have to return it due to these issues, they do bother me. I’ll update this with my process of getting a new one.

Not my favourite case, its been just over a month of use. I’m very gentle with my phones, have never really dropped phone and love a new case. Sadly this case didn’t meet my standards. It fell twice off a stand and as a result the tempered glass on both sides cracked and broke in corners. As always my main concern was my actual phone and the case did aid in keeping it safe. But I did have to order another case to replace this one and went back to the tried and true Spiegen brand.

Was so excited to get this one, put it on and straight away noticed that any keys around the edging of screen are very frustrating as the touch sensitivity are very poor. The magnets do not pull the sides tight. It really didn’t matter much anyway because as so as i put my phone in my car holder the left side snapped. Not sure if this case was a lemon or they are just garbage

I love this idea of A phone case :)Other hand I opened it and right away saw some light long scratches...... can barely see it but I can when I take it off or have it tilted. .... but it’s smooth and I like the frame
