the inside bottom of the boot got moved around by my foot going in and out and now its got a wrinkle in it and your foot cant get that out and you feel that. I dont know why they didnt glue down the bottom pad, of if they did it came loose too easy. I had gotten the 11 because I needed a wider width and the 10 was too small and now the 11 is too big. Boot makers/ shoe makers always forget about the wide width customer and all too often we are forced to buy a size larger which is uncomfortable and looks dopey... but wearing no boots in all the snow would have looked dummer.
