I had a medical procedure last week which caused a certain sensitive part of my body to swell and be inflamed. These were a great size to fit on the area and helped alot. I cannot say how warm they get but they do get nice and cold after being in the freezer for a while

I was due double eyelid surgery and had been reading up on aftercare. Ice was recommended for swelling. So I bought this lovely little kit that came with its own hygienic bag. I wasn’t comfortable with using frozen peas as I thought they might be a bit harsh. I can honestly say this was amazing. It soothed my swollen eyes, and helped me with the soreness. There’s plenty of pads to alternate. They are soft, as is the band that you can use with it.I have healed well after my operation and bonus, you can use these pads for other injuries and ailments as well.

I had two troublesome teeth extractions and had purchased these before getting my teeth removed...and am so glad I did!The quality is superb. very easy to use, and apply.I used these in combination with other pain relief items (ice-bags) for the relief of pain from the teeth extractions, and they were great!I have not used them for heat therapy yet, but expect they would work well too for heat.If you are looking for a solution that these ice-compresses provide, I highly recommend these in particular, they are a really comfortable to use…and the benefit of using them is terrific!

I bought this product based on positive reviews. This is a great set of ice packs for use on the face after dental implant surgery. The ice packs come with an easy to use soft cloth-case with adjustable strap which helps keep them in place. Only downer about the cloth-case is that the material is a little thick so you don’t get the complete cold sensation. Instead, I wrap them in a thin cloth. The ice packs stay cold for around 6-8 minutes. So far they’re working well and helping keep the swelling down. The adjustable cloth case can take between 2 to 3 ice packs.

A must have for everyone's fridge, useful for bumps bangs and headaches. Can even be frozen if required.

It does the work and it is the perfect size that I am looking for. However the outside material is easily stain and not easy to clean.
