It Bites and Would Not Let Go!
I purchased this adapter hoping to connect two USB cables, i.e. one is Apple Lightning cable with a male USB end and the other one to a Mini USB port that is connected to my camera or a card reader, so that I can view the photos in the memory card on the larger screen of iPad. First, the adapter does not seem to have good electrical connectivity. I tried different connections but none of them worked. Worst of all, the USB end of Apple lightning cable was immediately stuck inside the adapter that I had to use a plier and an arm wrestling to pull it out. When it finally did, the metal part inside the rubber casing came out with the Apple cable, still would not let go of the USB male connector of Apple Lightning cable. Eventually I had to break it to save my Lightning cable. So, this adapter not only has bad electrical characteristics but also has mechanical/physical issues - an indication of poor quality and loose standards. Would be very afraid of using it again.

Unfortunately, it didn't work for me
Not a good quality product, sorry to say it. The insert slots are not made well, they are uneven, so it is difficult to use it. Cannot return now, because I try to avoid going to the public places due to the situation with COVID-19. I would not recommend the product.
