Worst product I can say. It is a defective piece I can say. Not straightening hair. Ordered brand is different from the brand I received through Amazon. A normal hair brush is better than this.

The temperature of the product is shown up to 450 but does not go above 230.Also while using it gets automatically turn off.Worst product not upto the mark.
