Love the umami
I love sukiyaki and I love shirataki noodles. But sukiyaki is best with a group, mostly because the prep is time consuming. For those times I want the essence of the experience I can create it with this sauce in a soup like base adding spinach, mushrooms, bean sprouts, some meat, and the shirataki noodles. I usually add extra of this sauce over the noodles cuz that’s how I roll.Sukiyaki sauce is a touch sweet so you would need to add some chili if you want heat in your hotpot.

Compared With Kikkoman Sukiyaki Sauce
This sukiyaki sauce was good enough, but comparing to the popular Kikkoman brand sukiyaki sauce:-significantly darker, but don't too much water-less umami taste-much sweeter. In summary, the Kikkoman brand is more superior, but this sauce is slightly lowered priced and marginally serves its intended purpose.

Misleading Product Information
In the Question and Answer section, customers may be misled to think that the product does not contain MSG. The English label on the product includes MSG as one of the ingredients. The English label can be read only when you received the product and is not posted in the product description online. Once you received the product, you cannot return it due to its special return policy. I felt I was deceived and wasted $11. Buyers beware!

Must have for stir fry veggies!
This sauce is a huge hit at our house. I use it to flavor veggies (zucchini, squash, brussel sprouts, cabbage, carrots, and much more.) Very tasting and endless ways to use!
