Works well. Tight compression as I would expect. Not sure I would wear it a full day as it would most likely be uncomfortable. Obviously the best fix for me is a healthy diet and exercise so that I am comfortable with how I look in my clothing.

I guess the truth hurts sometimes and even this compression shirt can't hide the fact that I have a slightly enlarged belly - although I could see a little improvement, I still gave it a good review. Bottom line I gotta get off my butt and work off this extra weight around the midsection, but for a recent wedding and wearing a suit (which was a little snug) without the shirt it would have been a lot more snug. Unfortunately based on the reviews I ordered two different sizes one of which fit and the other didn't (the size larger fit better), and I missed the return window on the other, so now I'm stuck with both.... oh well -- my BAD!

Of course it's tight and difficult to get on, that's what it is supposed to do. Want something to hold yourself in where you want it? This is the product. Order to your size.

The fit was very good, at about 209 lbs 5’ 9” pretty fit, I believe I purchase a large. The shirts start coming apart, under the left arm at the seem, after about the second or third time wearing. I hand wash ( after each wear) so this problem should not occur.

The shirt is well made but unbelievably on the small side, I literally could not breatheI would recommend order 1- 2 sizes larger than regular size

I like this product it’s nice and tight. I put it on and I could wear a blank white shirt on top of it and no one will notice. It look good when I talk in my shirt no love handles appeared. I recommend this product.

This is one of several I have tried, and the most economically priced out of all of them. Thus far it has been the best! The material alone slims the tummy, but it has an added waist cincher with 4 levels of compression! It also tightens ur arms if you have loose skin there!!! It’s thee BEST!!!!

I am 5'11/275... I have worn starter sleeveless compression shirts from Wal-Mart to help "smooth" things out when wearing dress shirts, etc... wal-mart stopped selling them/starter changed them and they are far less compressing.This is the first one I've found moderately similar... most are either WAY too long or don't have enough compression.I bought the size MEDIUM. It's a little tight to pull over, but it stretches out a bit as well. I'm very happy with these. I don't feel uncomfortable at all, but if you are new to wearing compression items you may want to go a size up. I would normally wear a "1XL" shirt from a place like DXL or a 2X in most standard, dress shirts usually a 17.5/18. I hope this helps you judge sizing.The only reason I deducted a star is these are "hand wash only" - I am still machine washing them, but I have a feeling they will not hold up as long this way.
