Effective Supplement
One of the few supplements I can feel. Cuts down on joint soreness and inflammation in my busy schedule , resistance training, and swimming regimen.

The best find in supplements for a long time.
I ordered this product for joint pain. I am a gym owner, athlete and figure competitor. I weight train and condition 5 to 6 times per week. I am 45 years old and severe joint issues were starting to dramatically affect my training. I took my coach's advise and ordered, and it has totally changed my life. No exaggeration. It has all but eliminated my joint issues and am training as hard as ever. J-Flex9 is a stable in my training.

Hard to swallow
The coating on the capsule seems sticky. I don’t have problems swallowing pills, but these seem to get stuck in my throat no matter how much water I drink. Overall I don’t necessarily feel any different since I started taking them. It was recommended by my coach

Take After Your Meal With 8oz of Water/Liquid
This product helps in conjunction with my holistic lifestyle. I have a better day when taking it routinely. Severe rheumatoid arthritis. No I do not take other RA medications been there done that; they have their place and time.

Not impressed
I’ve taken similar products to help with joint and ligament health and can usually tell a difference in only a week or so, this one did nothing :( not to mention you have to take SIX capsules so I either spend 4 minutes taking them all or almost choke trying to take them all at once. I do like other supplements by The Lab... however this one was quite disappointing

Worth it
Recommended this by Dante Trudel of True Nutrition. Tore my meniscus 1.5 years ago and wish I discovered this sooner. Combined this with Great Lakes hydro collagen. Knee can bend more than previously. Still not all the way but I’ll take it!

Helped shoulder pain
I purchased these for my Carpel Tunnel and tight shoulders. This helped my boyfriend's shoulder pain and now he can work out again. So far, the Carpel Tunnel have lessened, and my neck/shoulder area seems less tight. I'm also taking Magnesium.

Great product
It’s a good product. I’ve used many joint supplements and this one seems to be a winner. My coach recommended it and so far so good!
