Light, convenient, highly visible
It's light and convenient. I haven't quite figured out how it works, because from really close up it's not particularly visible at night, but as you move further away it glows really brightly, and I have no doubt that people can see me up to a quarter mile away. I recommend it to anyone who wants to walk or jog at night in any place where there are cars around.

reflective, but not very comfy on neck
Not great for running and wearing running shirts. It hits the sides of your neck so it's uncomfortable to wear. I am just going to pin it to my bra straps to pull it away from my neck or just cut the shoulder straps off completely and just wear the belt. It is very reflective though.

Could be better
Can't get it to stay in place, it always rides up on me. The reflectors work well since every time I lose it I turn off the lights and flash my flashlight around and this always gives nice easy to spot feedback.

Does the job well
Bought these for a Ragnar relay race and it definitely does the job! They are adjustable on the shoulders and the waist. Light and doesn't get in the way while running. Very visible to drivers at night.

I think I might have preferred a vest style, but this one is adjustable enough to fit a 200-pound man and is well made and light weight.
