These are very comfortable ankle straps. They fit my small ankles great. I'm 5'1 it's hard for me to find things that fit. I use the bands with them and they hold up against the strain. I even strap them to my feet to do my leg presses. I enjoy them a lot. Now here are my critic. There is a small part of the strap that doesn't have Velcro on it and it slips out of place when you use it and you have to readjust it when your working out. My biggest complaint is that I don't work out at the gym. So when I got the straps I had no clasp to attach them to my bands. I had to go out to the hardware store and buy some. My I suggest to the manufacturer that you offer the straps with or with out a clasp. So when someone orders these amazing and comfortable straps they don't have to run out and get a clasp.

I would use this seller again. The item was as pictured and described. I haven't used them yet, but they are a good adjustable fit for smaller women's ankles, and they won't slide up and down on my leg, as some other styles do. So there should be better control when facing the pulley for working hamstrings. I will be using them at the gym for the first time today. I wore them around home for a while and they were comfortable and secure.

I've maybe used these products 5 times since having them and they are already falling apart. I haven't been using super heavy weights with them either. At most all I've used is 30lbs and they are already coming apart. Very disappointing to have this happen. Will be buying a new pair from another company soon.

I have used these a couple dozen times and they have performed well so far. I have not used these with a lot of weight so I cannot comment on strength under heavy load. The reason for four stars is the d clip on the strap turns when I use, small gripe I know but I like having things in an orderly fashion and I have to turn it back where it belongs ocd I guess.
