It actually is pretty much tasteless, which is a good thing. It works very well for cooking, baking, and frying, and lasts a very very long time without going rancid, probably because it is pure. This is not olive oil, sort of the opposite. The price keeps going up, and weirdly, this last time the smaller bottles were better value, so do compare. Best frying oil.

After only using this oil one month my cholesterol dropped 100 points! I use it every day. It’s basically flavorless so it can be used to fry food, drizzled over salads, used in the air fryer, oil bake pans, etc.

I use it for sautéing and baking. Light flavor and doesn’t smoke at high heat like olive oil, etc. Good deal in the 12 count.
