If i understand it correctly, it should be useable on all petrol engines.

Empty one bottle in your fuel tank when it is near empty, and then get your tank topped up. This helps evenly mixed sea foam to work for longer on you fuel line, till the point of injectors. Your engine will operate very smoothly. I have used this many times in the US, and also added this to my car in India.

Can i use in diesel engine car?

Sea foam just works like magic. I used it on my toyota innova's diesel engine and it gave some good results. I checked the cylinders with an endoscope and sea foam actually cleared some carbon deposits from it. I added it both to diesel and engine oil and within a day I noticed a little power gain on the engine. I would really recommend you to use it on your car, if it the engine has picked up some miles on it.
