Took 15 days | 3.85 kg weight increased | first gainer of my life | easy to digest
i purchased 2lbs pack just to make sure it is worth consuming. so when i started, my weight was 51.5 kg and after i finished , my weight is increased by 3.85 kg i.e. now my weight is 55.35 kg after 15 daysi took this gaint gainer 2 weeks after i joined gym. along with this i was eating peanuts, paneer* , eggs, banana , chane* i was consuming 2 serving(60 g) a day before & after workout.i saw changes in my body positively . weight was deposited on face(which was needed), and other parts of body evenly.
