The media could not be loaded.    After many years of having a small, somewhat cheap stunt kite, I decided to purchase a larger and nicer stunt kite for some trips that I had planned to the shores of Lake Michigan. I did some research, read some reviews and decided on this Flexifoil 2.4m Sting. Wow...what a great decision. I don't really think that you can beat it for the price and I did a lot of research before making my purchase. It pulls hard in strong winds but can still be flown in light winds. Everything is obviously high quality and the performance is great in my opinion. Now......if you really want to get the most out of this kite and have the most fun with it.....you MUST buy the 75' Prism Kite Technology Tube Tail. Wow.....these two products together make an extremely impressive combination. The kite itself looks cool cruising around in the air, but when you add that 75' tail.......WOW....suddenly people come out of the woodwork to come watch. We had people driving over from across the bay because they could spot that long tail doing corkscrews and loops. It makes such a huge difference in the level of fun and excitement that you get from flying this and the visual excitement that the tail brings, to what is already a fantastic stunt kite system, is incredible. It makes it more fun to fly and more fun to watch. I could swing that kite down out of the air and skim the ground while my kids tried to jump over the long tail as it spun by. So much fun! I highly recommend both the Sting 2.4m Kite from Flexifoil and the 75' Prism Kite Technology Tube tail. Such an impressive combination.

I have only flown the kite 2 times since I got it a few weeks ago. The first time the wind was light but the kite did pretty well. I live at 5430 feet so a light wind does not have much force. The second time the wind was stronger and I was impressed with the pull and the ability to make turns and spins. The kite weighs 1 lb so it is not as responsive as some other quad kites I have that are lighter but the same size. In a good wind this kite would lift a small kid in the air, so be close by and make them use the kite killers.I bought this kite after I took my grand kids to the beach this summer and started them out on a 1.9M 2 string foil. They mastered the 2 string in about 10 minutes. They wanted a bit more power and control ability. This kite was the logical choice. I have had Flexifoils for at least 20 years and have always been impressed with the quality and performance.This kite is a perfect starter quad for young kids. Most all of the other quads have too much power and cost a LOT more. I would highly recommend. Also if you have any questions Flexifoil has the BEST customer service around.

Bought it to fly kite with my kids, each their own and I with the big one.Was a bit much wind on the first day and it dragged me through the sand, nice. But with much less wind on the next day I was able to tune the kite. It is ESSENTIAL to follow the tuning tips with the break lines! You need the knots, it makes the breaks effective as they won't work nicely even in low wind without. And believe me with that baby you want working breaks.One of my safety break loops arrived broken and the velcro not being properly attached caused the lines in the bad to become frayed on transport. Kudos to their customer support, they quickly replaced the parts. Well done.Overall A LOT of fun.

Lots of fun at the beach

I bought the 2.4 kite for my husband, who is about 140lbs, for Christmas. He was pretty excited to receive it. It was alot if fun to fly and our kids were able to enjoy it also with winds from 14mph with gusts up to 20mph. Those gusts were pretty strong pull and almost dragged us but not enough to do much leaping and lifting for our weight. We are anxious to try it in stronger winds to get some lift off the ground. It was my husband's first power kite, though he has flown someone else before, and I think it was a great first kite. Very well made. Very happy with the product.

Don’t bother with this if you’re trying to pick up kiteboarding

Great kite, well made and fun to fly. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because of the handle design. I find it difficult to use, but I am just learning. It could get better with practice. :)

Lot's of fun, great kite with the ability to pull (but not lift) an adult (~180lbs) with 30-40km/hr winds. You can fly it on a day with winds as low as 15km/hr.

Kite ist gut verarbeitet. Macht spaß, hat eine gute zugkraft. Kann auch schon bei sehr wenig wind geflogen werden. Er ist leicht aufzubauen und abzubauen. Dieser Kite hat mich voll zufriedengestellt. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältniss ist sehr gut .Bei Flexifoil hat man echt das Gefühl das man was gutes gekauft hat.

WOW! We are delighted with our flexifoil. It arrived in just 2 days well packed safe and sound, and gave us hours of fun at the weekend. The kite is even better than described and with the easy to follow instructions we were soon up and running. My teenage son got to grips with it straight away, took dad (me a little longer) but soon we were fighting over it. Perhaps we need another one! We are pleased with the stylish look and rugged build of the flexifoil, I just need a bit more practise to get it dancing fof me as it does for my son! Seller very helpful too. All in all very pleased and give it 5 stars.
