False advertising, very dissapointing.

I would like a refund cause that hair was bad it to thin when i put it in and it was melting when i tried curling it it was bad bad bad.. I didn't not like it it was a waste of money. I order off Amazon a lot and this order had me very disappointed i was not satisfied i took it out the same day it was a waste of my money

I gave 1 star because I couldnt give 0. I purchase online it came 4 thin bundles and hair doesn't curl i tryed to curl and it burnt off the track. Keeps tangling only to find out its synthetic when on here says human this is false advertisement . I needed this hair for a special occasion and couldnt even use it I threw it away . I don't have money to waste. I will never buy this again
