I hardly ever write reviews but I really love this ice pack. I've bought three of them over the past 2 years-one for work and 2 for home so I can use them more (and not wait for one to get cold again) They material is soft yet it holds it's shape really well and is very flexible. I've tried numerous ice packs for my knee and this one is by far the best. It gets cold very quickly and it stays cold longer than most I've tried. And they all look and feel brand new after years of use. Highly recommend!

I ordered 2 of these prior to meniscus surgery. These are a perfect wrap for the knee and you are able to locate the slip in ice bag precisely where you need it for maximum comfort. This is the first thing I reached for when I got home from the hospital after my surgery. It is just the right size and so much easier to use than bulky ice packs. There was a note in the package to send an email with your order # and they would send a surprise gift. I received a lovely aromatic eye pillow that can be heated in the microwave. Great communication by vendor! Would definitely recommend this product!

Update: I had my 4th meniscus surgery a few days ago. The PhysioNatural brace is seriously a lifesaver. I've used my brace and 2 gel packs non-stop for the last 5 days. It provides not only cold therapy, but also compression and stability. I have not had ANY swelling from the surgery because of this brace. The brace is also acting as a cushion, protecting my knee from it being bumped or hit. The hospital provided a knockoff style cold therapy wrap with 2 gel packs, but they are garbage compared to my PhysioNatural brace and cold packs. Sometimes when I'm laying down and don't want to use the brace, I'll simply use one of the cold packs tucked into an elastic bandage. The cold pack still provides 30min of intense cold therapy. It's the best brace and cold pack!I have 3 tears in my meniscus along with floating pieces of cartilage. I'm awaiting my 3rd surgery for this same knee. I was tired of trying to balance an ice block on my knee so I searched for a different way to ice. I had a difficult time finding an ice brace with long enough straps. I saw this one and the size measurements were perfect. I'm so glad I ordered this one over any others. It's super comfortable to wear, stays in place, and fits larger legs. The gel packs are perfect, they freeze up quickly, form to the contour of your knee, and the cold lasts for a long time.I just spent the last 2 days driving from California to Texas, over 1800 miles. This brace saved my knee so much! I kept a cooler of ice and switched the packs out every few hours and iced my knee as I drove. Absolutely 💯! Best idea ever!Thanks PhysioNatural, you guys rock!

Purchased these a few months ago to help with the swelling and pain in my arthritic knees. At first I just hoping they would work somewhat, but after the first night I was completely sold. The knee brace is easy to put on (I have arthritic hands as well, so grasping small items and manipulating them is quite tough), the chill pad is very easy to place into the provided pocket. Even better, I can usually get 60-90 minutes of cooling per chill pad (depending if I place the pad directly on my skin, or over some fabric on my skin). I haven't been able to find cons about this product, other than they are not American made (if they are American made, the company doesn't list that in the product description). The product is listed as can be used with heat treatment. I have not tried this with these products, I can only vouch for the cold/chilling aspect of this product which is why I gave it a 4 out of 5 rating on Versatility. This is not an athletic knee brace it is meant to hold the chill pad in place on your knee while you rest. I am very happy with this product and recommend it to anyone that has knee pain. The knee brace can be tightened to your leg size with the Velcro straps that are somewhat comfortable because it's a knee brace. You don't feel the Velcro on your skin at all. Again, great product for the money, pro's heavily outweigh the cons, and the product works. Thank you for reading my review. #thekilted1

I use it other places too, like ankles, bottom of feet. This thing is fantastic. I love that it comes with two packs so you can use one until warm, then throw in a fresh pack.

I needed to find a very durable and convenient chill wrap for my knee before my replacement. I didn’t really want to use an ice machine so ordered this knee wrap after reading about the features. It comes with two gel packs that can be changed out easily. I could not be more pleased with this product. It is perfect for reducing the swelling. It is easy to use, it wraps perfectly and is adjustable. The only recommendation I would make would be if the manufacturer could perhaps put red or some other stitching on the side of the wrap that opens up. It is very hard to find the place where the wrap opens to replace the gel pack!! Obviously this is a minor issue.
