Great on sardines, I wish they had the big bottle of this

Had this with some smoked mackerel fillets and small sardines on toasted bread with some butter+can oil and capersIt was delicious, but this was barely detectable in the mix. So, scientific method begged to have it standalone on both proteins - very subtle.Maybe will try the habanero version next time but may not return to this as a simple cayenne pepper sauce usually does the trick for me.

For a quality brand I was disappointed at the lack of flavor in the sauce

Ordered in December 2023. The sauce we received was expired in August 2023.
