Used these as filler rods for a 1 1/2" gap in a patio, which was previously bridged with a 2 X 4 piece of dimensioned lumber. Excellent product. Worked perfectly.

So I actually bought these to put under our couches, to block kids toys, and balls from rolling under the couch constantly! Not ideal or pretty, but absolutely works. Tuck them under the couch enough so you can't see them, and used duct tape to piece them together, and they're removable to still clean under furniture unlike the adhesive clear types ive seen. I would recommend for anyone with kids and dogs to try this hack!

I made draft stoppers with tis item. Delivery was late, but they arrive in perfect shape.

Ifthey fit the space they fill and I expect keep out cold as well as some degree of insulation.

I placed this 2" backer rod in a crack between slabs of concrete in front of my garage. Within a short time all the pieces shrank and they are continuing still albeit at a slower rate. Maybe if you placed these rods where they would not have contact with sunlight and air they would be OK. The seller did not respond to my message which included a photo. $40 invested and I am really disappointed. I should have known better with the title Oodles of Noodles.
