Love this
My husband has severe asthma and has used a salt inhaler for a few years now. My 13 year old daughter has seasonal and cat allergies so I purchased this one for her. She loves blue, so this light blue one is perfect. It is very nice, easy to set up, and simple to use. We add a drop or two of essential oils to help but it can be used with just the salt. I would recommend purchasing this for anyone who has respiratory issues. It is a natural way to help your family. (Remember though, that each family member should have their own salt inhaler. Do not share them.)

Good quality for the price
PSA- long post.* I had Covid back in June 2022. I have had severe respiratory problems ever since, even though had no cough or sore throat during Covid. I was told, I have a Covid variant Asthma. What?!?!. Been active my whole life and no respirorty issues until now. I tried everything! I mean everything for 3-4 months. Medications(antibiotic, steroids, cough suppressants, respiratory/asthma meds & cough syrup), 3 different inhalers (regular and steroid), a nebulizer and every family/friend passed down from generations, cure for sickness. Honey, tea, gargle salt water(kinda helped),onion broth, chicken noodle soup, oils, mushrooms, tonics and so on. I had a nutritionist suggests this, said in 18th/19th century, they told patients to go to the sea and breathe the salty sea air for a cure for respirorty issues, like Bronchitis or Asthma. I live in the Midwest, so this is next best think. She suggested the H.S. inhaler and supplements to support hormone balance to help my immune system. I've try it once and felt like it helped. I also did acupuncture twice for my lungs. This did stir it up a bit, so some coughing but feel like the supplements, H.S. inhaler and acupuncture worked. Hope this helps someone.

the water doesn't stay inside only the salt does
it doesn't hold water it just pours right through it holds the salt but the water escapes and doesn't stay.

Works for my exercise induced asthma!
I use Albuterol for exercise induced asthma, or EIB, and when I get a cold. So far this has eliminated my Albuterol use before or after exercise. I don't know if it makes a difference if I use it at night or in the morning. I may update that if I notice a difference. (Update: it does make a difference. Using in the morning, or just before exercise helps so much more than if I use at night). I haven't had a cold since I started using my salt inhaler, but I have a good feeling it will help then too. Overall I am very happy I tried this. I prefer natural remedies to prescriptions, but this may not work for everyone, so don't throw away your medicine just yet! I would say try it out though. You never know, it might work for you too. I will definitely recommend it to friends and family. Now I just have to find one for travel!

Terrible! What is this?
I was expecting maybe needing to add hot water with the salt and inhaling the steam, but this is literally just a bunch of salt rocks, it says there's a filter but there wasn't. I was able to hold it upside down and all the rocks fell out of the mouthpiece, there's a lot of powder so if you inhale, one of those rocks or salt is going to go straight into your lungs. Might as well hold a handful of rocks in your hand and just inhale it, it's literally the same thing. Also, no returns! 😠

Highly recommended!!
Wasn’t sure if this would actually work but I’ve been so uncomfortable with pressure and congestion I thought I’d try anything. Saw it on DrOz show, saw recommendations that were post, watched YouTube videos on it. So I thought ok. I’ve thrown away more money then this, why not. It actually really works!!! I mean really!! It does t happen in minutes. Takes a bit. So I started using exactly how they recommend. I started on Sunday around 11:30 am. Did it randomly through out the day. You must inhale through mouth exhale only through nose for this to work. Don’t forget that important fact!!! That evening it was loose and coming out . I had relief!!! I mean really was all easy to now expel. Got rest. First thing in morning. Took a few inhales. Few minutes later. Able to blow nose productively. Cough all loosened up got more out. Sorry for sounding gross but if your looking for facts here they are!! I definitely recommend getting this! I’ve tried netty pots and it Did not work and spent much more . Came next day with prime. I fuss just dump a bunch of salt in plug up And start using. I read up all the benefits of this. I’ll use it all the time now

Helpful for my lungs
Easy to use, it's helped my lungs this summer with the unhealthy air from the Canadian wildfires fires

I love this inhaler! I read that just as different soaps will "kill" each other, salt will dissolve mucus which is salty/contains salt. It works! As soon as I feel my chest starting to get tight I know my asthma is starting. I use this inhaler with Himalayan salt and it works very quickly. I haven't used my pharma inhaler for months! I give the salt a shake in the inhaler and I can taste the salt as I inhale it. Very effective!

I have COPD which means I get a lot of mucus in my lungs. Using the salt inhaler helps to dry up the mucus & make my breathing easier. It is totally simple to use. You simply put the spout in your mouth and breathe in through your mouth & out through your nose. The Himalayan salts used last for approx. 1 year before they need to be replaced & the salt is inexpensive and readily available. The best part is that you only need to use for it for 10-15 mins. at a time as many times a day as you require. I use it when watching tv & barely even notice I'm using it.

When I inhale the air through the salt I received with this ceramic inhaler, I feel the taste of salt in my mouth. I believe it is working well for my respiratory system, as it is cleaning and providing a fresh breath of good, calming salts. I will use it as long as the salt lasts, and refill when needed. Product came early and in good condition.
