Excellent rubber door gasket rejuvenator
I bought this in an effort to save an aging door gasket on a classic car...needless to say, getting a proper new door gasket was going to be a challenge and the "one size fits all" means "one size fits none". The product worked extremely well and the gasket is now sealing properly, without having to be replaced, definitely a win in my book. It may not solve all problems, but for just a few dollars it is worth trying before replacing an entire door gasket.

ONly thing which takes away the sticky surfae of old rubber or plastic
Sticky rubber or plastic surface? This is the only thing I have found that actually works to fix that. So you know the horror of discovering something you have had for a while is de polymerizing and either becoming brittle or sticky. The brittle is bad enough but the sticky is worse as you cant use it without being reminded of what it shold feel like. So I have tried all the normal advice- soap and water (hah!), wife's makeup remover, olive oil, different alcohols (methyl, ethyl, iso propyl), Acetone, Armor All, Goof off glue remover, Goof off regular, nothing helped. In fact the regular goof off and acetone started to take off the rubber coating and made things substantially worse. I reluctantly asked ChatGPT thinking it would have no clue but it gave me some suggestions including this stuff. Its like old fashioned shoe polish- liquid in a bottle with a foam applicator on top. I tried it once and it was better. Not great but better. I let it dry and ran two more coats on it (Sweet Dell Xeon laptop from 2015) and to my amazement it solved the sticky problem and other than being glossier, its almost identical to my current Dell laptop. I beleive its a silicone based solution so it should not wash off as I need to occasionally wipe down the keyboard. I now have a whole range of stuff like tools and things that are next in line to get coated. It doesnt undo the damaged plastic or rubber due to oxidation over time and loss of polymerizers but makes the surface at least usable again. I have some automotive targets in mind as well. Fairly inexpensive solution to a vexing problem. No I didnt get it for free, I always pay full price usually after trying everything else that doesnt work but thats life.

Protect your car's rubber seals.
Protects the rubber seals on your car. This product was designed to protect your car's rubber seals from drying out. Protecting these seals is very important because they are not easy to replace on some vehicles. The manufacturer may also stop making replacement seals if the vehicle is an older model. Replacement parts become harder to find on non-popular makes and models. It is in your best interest to take care of these often neglected parts. Spend more effort taking care of rubber door and window seals than you do on your tires. Tires are easily replaced. These seals are not. This rubber seal conditioner and protector from the 303 brand claims to prolong the life of these parts. I will be honest in this review and say that the only true test of how well this product works is the test of time. Keep applying this product according to the frequency in the instructions. Clean your rubber seals gently. Do not expose them to harsh cleaners. That is all you can really do. The foam applicator at the tip of the bottle allows you to apply the product without making a mess. However, if you are doing the rubber seals on an SUV or some other large vehicle, the foam will not last. You may have to open the bottle and apply the remaining chemical using a microfiber towel. This product would have earned a 5 star rating if the foam applicator had been more durable. But that is not a deal breaker because you can always apply using a microfiber towel. The product applies easily and smoothly. The liquid disappears immediately. I suspect the rubber seals absorbed the liquid. Be careful if your rubber seals are cracked. Further rubbing could make them deteriorate and fall apart. No product can save rubber seals that are already broken down. You will first need to clean the seals with a soft-bristled brush if they are dirty. Wait until it dries and then apply the 303 protector. Clean the mating surface. Whatever body panel makes contact with the seals, usually another rubber seal, should also be cleaned. Highly recommended. At this point, I will have to accept the manufacturer's claims for the product. The 303 brand is a big company and I would assume they have the resources to create a formula that protects rubber seals. They make other car care products that usually get good reviews from consumers. I expect they have enough chemistry people on their staff to create these products.

Used to condition and treat roof rubbers for a vw Eos. Before treatment one area of the roof was just pouring water in during torrential rain in December. 303 was applied by dabbing and spreading over all roof rubbers for a few days. This seemed to have helped during sibsequent bad down pours. Fingers crossed for the rest of the winter!
