Excellent build quality
Worth the price.Although the side hook rear bolts could be Allen bolts instead of plus ones, but it's fine. Before buying i thought it's too expensive, now I think it's worth the price. However I also think is didn't need to be that bulky. There are two variants, one with wireless charger and one without charger. To accomodate the charger coil, they must have made the base that bulky. Since the base is common for both the models, even if you buy the one without charger, it will look unnecessarily bulky.Other than that the mobile mount is excellent and sturdy. It is anti vibration due to vibration dampers given at the rear side. It also has a nut at the bottom of the spring which locks the mobile within the mount. Hence no one can pull your mount as well as the mobile phone.

Does it job, sturdy enough. But not very much good handling jearking.
Very beautiful & sturdy product. Does it's job perfectly. Very easy to install. No extra tool needed. Only one con, that it can't resist jearking totally. When there are a lot cheaper products are available & we're buying this expensive one, then you must have worked on reducing the jearking.

Good product, but way pricey...
Delivery was timely, and the product is as advertised. Review based on usage on a RE Meteor 350 on a 2000 km ride.Installation of the handle mount -The M3 tape that was provided with the product is completely useless. Was unable to hold the handle mount in place. Also, the handle mount is not meant to be installed on the (naturally) bent portions of the motor cycle handle. You have to install it in such a manner that the phone case sits exactly on top of the handle mount else the phone case movement angle gets restricted. I had to discard the M3 tape and use a rubber tube piece to fill the gap between the clamp of the handle mount and the motor cycle handle to ensure enough grip so that the handle mount doesn't move.Installation of the phone case -Fitting the phone case on the handle mount was very easy. Simply unscrew the plastic bolt at the bottom, sit the phone case on the handle mount, and tighten the plastic bolt. Do note that the plastic bolt will not fit and tighten if the phone case is fitted in extreme or very odd angles. This is where the limitation comes in. Keeping the handle mount as the center of axis, you can easily get a 250 to 260 degrees rotation of the phone case and that's good enough. Considering the almost continuous usage of the entire setup for a 2000 km ride proves it's worth!!Usage of the phone case -This is what matters the most, and this is where it did the job exactly as advertised. The 'shock absorber' mechanism (if you want to call it that) showed it's mettle and functionality very well. I have a Moto G73 5G handset which was my GPS navigator. It also has the default outer cover but worked superbly well inside the phone case. Touch functionality worked well inside the case. But what you need to note is that if you put a phone with a cover whose screen side edges are a bit raised (this is a normal feature of phone cases now a days to protect the phone screen in case the phone is kept face down for any reason) then this will interfere to a certain extent with the touch functionality given that the phone case screen and the phone screen itself will have a certain gap between them. This interference also comes in if you don't place the phone evenly inside the phone case. The charging slot worked superbly, but with a USB C cable whose USB C port is not very thick. Downside of the case - In hot/humid conditions, there's no way for the phone to dissipate heat and gets very hot if kept inside the case for extended hours.Overall, a product that does the job well but is definitely very highly priced considering it's quality. Is nowhere in competition with SP Connect line of products, but is way less pricey than them.

The phone holder everyone needs
The product I ordered was: BM2 - Aluminium With 2.5A Charger , Black. The package was neatly wrapped up tightly and the packaging of the product was top notch as well. Apart from the phone holder with its charging cable wired to it, it came with a small alankey spanner to install it. Perfect right? The built and finish of the holder is absolutely premium as well.I've installed it on my Duke 390 and the charging wiring had to go behind the headlamp to reach the battery so it was complicated and the lads at the service station installed it for me.The only thing to talk about here is how well it holds the phone. And let me say that it holds your phone like that trustworthy friend with whom you can count your life on! I've taken my bike on off-road trials, bumpy trails and of course, speeds of upto 140 kmph on the highway how did it do? You can guess since it's the same phone in writing my review from!Had absolutely no problem in any of the above cases. It held on well and didn't even vibrate. The rubber tips at the 4 edges do an amazing job at holding the phone. The holder despite being metal hasn't lost paint and gotten rusted despite plenty of rain riding.Since mine has a charger feature, I'll tell you, the reader about it as well. The moment I key in to ignition, the phone begins charging. It has a safety switch to prevent overcharging and of course a fuse to cut off the circuit between the bike's battery and your phone. Pretty slick!I've a One Plus Nord with 30W charging brick. I can compare the charging speed of this phone holder to my usual charging brick, even when the GPS was on. If you actually want to charge your phone while on your way to work or somewhere else, this is a great alternative.(though not recommended)P.S. I've also seen a couple of Vloggers lose their phones while riding with the exact same holder. Please note that you've really got to screw it in and NOT use a slippery or extremely bulky case. This isn't a fault of the holder but of the case they were using. So long story short, a product with amazing built quality, does it's intended function extremely well. Phone charging feature works like a charm as well. Don't cheap out, get this!

Excellent product
I have purchased this mobile 1st time for my R15m and second time I purchased it for my Duke 390.Easy to install without a need of a technician.I was very satisfied with this product when I used it on R15m bcoz R15 produces very negligible handle vibrations. It was rock solid even on high speeds and sharp pot holes. But in case of Duke 390, handle bar vibrates a lot specially on very low RPM's though vibrations are comparatively less on higher rev range.Mobile along with holder vibrates very noticeably. If you're phone is Lil heavy then it could be a cause of concern. But till now didn't face any issue.
